We tend to be asked the same questions quite regularly, so here are answers to those most frequently asked.

Our weekend packages include the exclusive use of the farm, a choice of our 4 licenced ceremony locations, the gardens and courtyard; B&B accommodation for up to 14 people in our 7 rooms. The use of The Linhay barn, The Library, chairs and tables for up to 80 guests, napkins and table linen, but we can accommodate approximately 120 guests for the wedding breakfast and many more for the evening party.

You and your guests are welcome to book extra days with us if you would like to stay for a bit longer or arrive earlier. The cost of this per night is the same as the special wedding rate per night.
There are certain rooms within our accommodation on the farm that can have either 1 or 2 extra guests at a small price per person, per night. Please contact Jacqueline or Jade for more information.
Our dedicated and approachable team believe attention to detail is imperative when creating something truly enchanting for your special moment, so will all be working on the day to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Our events management team, who you will have come to know during the booking and planning process, will be available to you throughout the weekend.
We have two heating units powered by our Biomass heating system keeping our guests warm and toasty. These can also provide a cooling breeze during our Summer months.
You are free to decorate the barn in any way that you wish. It is entirely up to you whether you would like a lot of decoration or minimal decoration, either way, the barn looks fabulous. We do ask that no nails or screws are put into the oak or walls and that decorations are removed by the end of your contract.
There is plentiful local accommodation, of a wide variety to fit all budgets that we can recommend. Just ask us if you need some details.
We have baby changing facilities in the event toilets, we do have travel cots and toddler beds available if you are looking to stay on the farm with a baby, plus 2 high chairs and 2 booster seats. Please ask us to confirm availability and suitability.
We have three parking areas for you and your guests. Resident guests are usually in the gravel car park and wedding guests are stewarded to the correct location. We have enough parking for up to 50 vehicles.

As we run a B&B outside of the weddings, we are actually also residents on the farm so once the Trenderway team have gone home, we will still be here if you need any advice.

We can provide you with details of a childminder from a local nursery. They will provide you with their rates of pay based on how many children it is for and for how long.
We have 2 high-chairs and 2 booster seats for you to use so that your children can sit at the tables with you.
Unfortunately due to the extent of fire damage that chinese lanterns have caused previously to businesses around the UK, as well as the risk if ingested by livestock, we cannot allow you to bring Chinese Lanterns onto the farm. We allow carefully controlled use of sparklers as an alternative. To avoid fire risk we insist on planned and previously informed use with buckets of water for their disposal.
Of course! At Trenderway, we welcome your dog to come and enjoy your special day with you. We have dog-friendly rooms, that we allow for the wedding rate plus £10 per night. We have free ranging hens, sheep with lambs in the adjacent field and therefore ask that they be kept on a lead at all times and should never be left unattended in the room.
Our accommodation on the farm can sleep 14 people in 7 rooms.
We have many Photographers who have worked at Trenderway, but our most trusted photographers that have produced excellent work can be found under our trusted suppliers with many showcasing their work in the galleries on this website.

As we are in rather a secluded location, we understand that it may be difficult to access cash after a certain time so we do have a card machine in the bar. There is a £5 minimum spend on debit cards and £10 minimum spend on credit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and ApplePay too!
Depending on your package you may have two choices. If you wish to bring in your own wine, there will be a charge per person for service, alternatively you can choose to purchase your wine from us.
Our prices quoted to you don’t include food as it is left up to you to design your menu with one of our recommended caterers. Guests staying at the farm will enjoy a Trenderway Breakfast during their stay.
